4. Arrival and
Dismissal
• It is mandatory to use your pick up cards when you pick up your
child at school.
• Please leave promptly after picking up your child as courtesy to
other parents who are waiting to use the parking lot.
Arrival
○ Please drop off your child at the yellow line and make sure
there's always a teacher watching and waiting for him/her.
○ Drop off at 7:15 am
○ Please apply sunscreen and mosquito repellent on your children
at home daily.
5. Pick up Charts
○ A form will be handed out for you to place the
pictures and data of the people who are authorized.
As a security precaution, children will only be let out
of school with someone that is authorized.
6. Meetings
• If you have any questions or concerns, please feel
free to contact the teacher by scheduling an
appointment. If you need an appointment, contact
Arly Ramos at the front desk in the main office.

8. Agendas
• I will fill out a daily form reporting how your child
worked (when needed): If he/she worked in class,
attitude shown during working periods and towards
classmates, classroom behavior, etc.
I will send it home every day and it must be signed and
brought back to school daily.
Weekly Folders
This folder will contain your child’s class work and any
important information from school.
Please send this folder with your child the following
Monday. (Keep all other papers at home)
9. Online programs and Class
Website
• The class website will be updated every week.
Parents will be able to visit the site to see new
information about subjects, themes, events that
will take place during the week and the monthly
activities calendar.
RAZ-KIDS
It is beneficial to read with your child everyday.
Please request the username and password if you
are interested.
Parent involvement in school activities is highly
recommended to achieve a more meaningful
learning experience. Let`s work together and see the
amazing results!
10. Uniforms
Complete uniform is required at all times.
Girls should wear white polo shirt and red skirt, boys wear red
shorts with white polo shirt.
On sport days boys and girls will wear gray shorts with gray
shirts.
-Children should always have clean and short nails.
-Girls should avoid wearing nail polish.
-Tennis shoes should be completely white.
KI sport days will be:
TUESDAY & THURSDAY
FRIDAY THERE IS DRESS DOWN. Please
comply with School dress code.
11. LUNCH
Please make sure children eat breakfast daily before
coming to school.
Please send healthy food since your child’s cognitive
performance is directly linked to good nutrition. I will post
some tips to help you with ideas on the class website.
Lunch time is from 10:00–10:30am
Recess is from 10:30-11:00am.
Send a water bottle daily. Sodas or flavored water are
avoided at school.
12. Birthdays and special
celebrations
*Please contact the main office in advance when you wish to
celebrate your child's birthday at school.
*Please mention if you are considering both groups or just your
child's class for the celebration
*Your child's birthday will be celebrated on the last Thursday of the
month during lunch 10:00 am.
*Only cakes, cupcakes and drinks are accepted for your child's
celebration. Please include cutlery, plates, napkins, etc.
*Siblings or relatives from other classes will not attend the
celebration. Parents are invited for 10 minutes to take pictures.
13. • Monday: Your child will be asked to bring in
a poster. It should include: this is me, my
family, my friends (please do not include my
best friend) my pet or my favorite animal,
my favorite food, my favorite toy.
• Tuesday: Bring your favorite CD/Music
• Wednesday: Bring your favorite book
• Thursday: Bring your favorite toy
• Friday: Bring your favorite snack
