4. For a film like Nostalgia, as its a low budget film. I think
Film4 Productions will be the best institution as Film4
Production is an independent film studio and most of their
films are low-budgeted films such as The Inbetweeners
Movie and Four Lions. The reason why I feel more
confutable with Film4 Production is as Nostalgia would not
fit in the “blockbuster” category. You can see the difference
between the quality of the cameras, sound (microphones),
props and most importantly the actors we use. Most
blockbuster films has famous actors such as Angelina
Jolie, Jennifer Aniston and Leonardo DiCaprio. In
Nostalgia, we have used our other classmates without any
experiences in acting, expect from one actor, Lewis Healy
who has achieved an A in his GCSE Drama.

5. Another reason to why I feel comfortable with Film4
Production is because; a typical audience of Film4
Production are young, teenage adults who is
Nostalgia’s target audience also. This would
increase the viewers of Nostalgia.

6. Another distribution company that I would want
Nostalgia to be instituted by is Universal
Pictures.The reason to why I feel comfortable
with Universal Pictures is that they are quite
famous and known for instituting rom-com and
romantic genre films such as “Love Actually”,
“Endless Love”, and “Bridget Jones Diary”.
A lot of films which were
distributed by Universal
Pictures are British Rom-Com
or Romantic movies, which
means most audiences who
likes romantic genre are likely
to watch films which are
distributed by Universal
Pictures. This will be a great
chance to gain more audience
as Nostalgia is a romantic film
and I am sure that the
audiences would love and
enjoy the film. This will be a
success to Nostalgia.
However, I am bit nervous the
fact out film is not a block
buster, so some may be critical
within the quality of Nostalgia.

7. Over all, I feel that Film4 Productions and Universal Pictures,
both would be interested into distributing Nostalgia as
Nostalgia follows the conventions which Film4 Productions
and Universal Pictures follows.
