On April 12, 2018 we explored the org-changing potential of micro-structures together with the MeetUp group Designing the Organization (https://www.meetup.com/de-DE/designing-the-organization/events/249114700/). I wanted to give a taste for what becomes possible when you design the conditions for human interaction. I wanted to inspire people to enhance their repertoire for the time when in group.
