Welcome to a journey to lead your life.
Firstly, let me congratulate you on making a choice, a choice to invest time and energy into you self.
And let me reassure you that investing in your self is not selfish because when you live your life authentically you will be able to engage in healthier relationships with other and contribute more to you community and the planet.
I have been studying and writing about self-leadership for many years, and this program is the fruition of that work and I believe that it will give you the tools and strategies to lead your life and positively influence others.
But you must remember there are many roads to the truth and all we have are maps, and as you realize if you have the wrong map it can be hard or difficult to find your way. I tried and failed to find my way in the past because I had maps that were given to me by parents, school and religious institutions. I had to change my mind and my maps many time to find a way to lead my life.
Realizing that you have been living with your maps for a short or a long time and that maps aren’t reality I invite you to step back from the maps that you have inherited and to navigate your own life. I don’t want you to blindly adopt my map, because it’s just a map and sanity is recognizing that the map is not reality.
You are most likely here, like me, because you are curious about change.
Perhaps everything is going well for you but you recognize that some things just don’t fit.
Or perhaps you want to get away from what you are doing now and make a radical change.
Some of you know what you want but have not been yet able to achieve them,
And some of you are already where you want to be and are here to reinforce what you know.
Wherever you are coming from and wherever you are going I welcome you to lead your life.
Tonight I want to pose the question - Are you a leader or a follower?
Do you have the makings of an entrepreneur or will you spend you life in a meaningless pursuit of the comfort zone?
Lets get to know a little bit more about you – Please introduce yourself and share:

According to authors Katty Kay and Claire Shipman in their book The Confidence Code, women tend to struggle with a lack of confidence disproportionately. When something goes wrong professionally, women blame themselves while crediting others when things go right.
Kay and Shipman also found that women are more likely to be perfectionists and hold themselves back from asking for a raise or even answering a question until they’re 100% sure the outcome will be as they predicted.
So what gives? Why are we so hard on ourselves? Whether it’s gender bias, always having others tell you “no,” or the sickening feeling of inadequacy, eight women leaders below reveal what holds them back--and what they do to keep going regardless.
