After only five months as a Plant Manager of the Air Liquide Welding plant in Due Carrare, I had the possibility to make a completely different experience, joining a start up company, producing machines for additive manufacturing of metal parts. The company, Trumpf Sisma, is growing fast on a fast growing market. My role is to ensure that company operations are able to sustain this growth.
