Since july was a relatively free month, we
spent it on process optimization and
teachng the MB how to be efficient.This
was done through webinars, meetings and
a commission day. We have integrated
podio in all process, the following apps
were created to ensure proper tracking.
3. 1) AIESEC India ORS Leads App:

All the ORS leads have been uploaded to a
modified form of leads application on
podio so we can now track every lead.
We can exactly track the position of the
lead, the probability of the raise and status.

6. 2) EP Info App:●
●
To optimize raising and matching. We
have created an app where the raising team
can upload ep id’s and preferences, the
matching team can match and the
realization team can work on engagement
all through one app, and we can track that
effectively and better IM. This will help in
process optimization and synergy between
various teams.
Also as directors we can track exactly the
status of the ep without having to maintain
complex multiple trackers.

10. 3) Case studies app:

We have created this app as a hub of case
studies and also it contains information of
the project and country. So our Members
can actually use it to get more raises and
get the right case study at the right time to
show to prospective interns.

12. 4) IR App:
●
We have created an IR app so the entire LC
can see the partnerships struch and open
the MoU at any point of time. It contains
all info like type of project, engagement
activities done, nos of TN’s remaining etc.
13. 5) Document storage hub:
●
To facilitate all documents such as ep
contracts, EP AN”s, TN AN’s, IL’s, passport
copy etc, we have created a Documents
hub on podio which can sort the document
by name and by type
