Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) is a process of budgeting
which involves building budget from scratch, taking zero
as a base.
All the functions within the organisation are analysed in
terms of needs and expenses and thereby funds are
allocated, regardless of how much money was spent and
budgeted previously.
