I have always been highly organized, have excellent time management skills, and I am able to relate to and get along with all people. These skills were vital in my work at Rockford Public Library, both in working with the public who utilized the branches and also the staff that I managed. I was frequently called upon to create procedures and manuals and then to teach the staff skills they needed to learn. As a Branch Manager, I was responsible for the collection at my locations, budgeting, programming, and staff.
