Ingredients !
#1 turkey, approx. 15 lbs.*
#Juice of a lemon
#Salt and pepper
#Olive oil or melted butter
# onion, peeled and quartered
#celery
#2 carrots
#Rosemary, thyme, parsley
15. Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Add Lemon juice, salt and pepper, and herbs to the
outside
3. Stuff the onion, celery, and carrots inside
4. Cook for 4 hours
5. Enjoy!
