The happier people are within their job, the more satisfied they are said to be. Job satisfaction is a very important attribute which is frequently measured by organizations.

There are basically two ways to increase emotional intelligence in an organization: Hire people who are emotionally intelligent. Develop emotional intelligence of the current employees.

21. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY To study the relation between Job Satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence. To find out the satisfaction level of the employees at S.B Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. Ludhiana. To suggest measures to improve the satisfaction level of employees.
26. LIMITATIONS Many of the respondents have not given proper response. The information that is provided by the individual may be biased. Time constraint is the major constraint of the study. Respondents were reluctant to disclose complete and correct information.
36. Conclusion Employees are satisfied to greater extent with the Salary that they get for the job they do. Employees are dissatisfied to greater extent with the company like no participative management, less flexibility of working hours, less carrier advancement opportunities.
37. Cont… Most of the employees are unhappy with their job and job profile. Employees perceived and portrayed incentives plan to be a strong reason or motivator to be satisfied in the organization.
38. Recommendations Some rewards must be given according to the performance and also provide recognition to the employees who are performing well. There should be proper training given to the employees on enhancing and developing the emotional quotient. Flexible working hours should be provided. Employee’s suggestions should be taken from time to time.
