Summary of the CV:-
The subject is having Electrical Engineering Degree holder with 11 years + experience in the construction
industry with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
Currently I am working with DB Reality and worked with a PMC and top real estate companies like Lodha
and Indiabulls with having exposure in working with various MEP modules in hotel , hospital
,commercial segment, high rise buildings & township with effective project management tools.
Having sound ability to resolve site issues effectively with client, consultant, and other agencies is
essential. Preparation & monitoring the progress reports based on site progress and provide periodic
site reports as required for the project.
Present Tasks Assigned:
1. Green Building Residential project in Parel, Mumbai called “Orchid Crown”,
3 Towers with - 3B + G + 10 Podium + 60 (Approximate Height of 260 mt.),
Total Approximate Construction area: 53, 50,800.00 Sqft
2. Residential project in Sat Rasta, Mumbai called “Orchid View”,
3 Towers with - 1B + G + 1 Podium + 30 stories
3. Other than this I am actively involved in budget and preliminary design to pitch other 2-3
projects
My Role:-
To manage execution of project with prevailing industry standards/ quality systems in most efficient,
timely and cost effective manner.
Project Execution and Monitoring
 Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent and comprehensive drawings and
specification with the contractor
 Monitor the delivery and work quality of consultants, PMCs. Drive efficiency , review periodically
, escalate issues and ensure corrective actions
 Responsible for day to day site work of domain engineering as per plan
 Review weekly & monthly reports of package assigned, escalate issues and drive corrective
actions
Project Planning
 Co-ordinate with architects / consultants to finalize layouts and statutory drawings
 Submit schedule of domain engineering work packages ( mechanical/ civil / electrical domain)
 Evaluate BOQ / tender drawings submitted by consultants
 Prepare and review Level 3 plans for domain engineering work packages
Budgets, tendering & contracting
 Forecast the amount of work to be executed and hence plan the cash flows
 Develops cost effective plan for MEP services within budget
 Identifies suitable vendors for various contracts ; visits their project sites to evaluate their
performance level
 Conducts comparative analysis of shortlisted vendors on technical parameters and makes
recommendations
 Revises costs as per the requirements Selection of MEP vendors
Vendor Management & Payables:
 Monitor milestones against project plan
 Review and approve first-level sign off on the measurement sheets, payments
Quality & Safety
 Ensure implementation of construction QA/ QC processes
 Assist in quality & safety audits at sites
Compliance & Audits
 Ensure adherence to all systems & processes as required by the organization
Post Project Facility/Management
 Develop programs and systems for mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing aspects for standard
operating , it’s effectiveness and facility management
 Analyze mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
 Write clear and concise reports and technical descriptions and standard operating procedures.
 Develop techniques for smooth operation to reduce costs.
 Compile and analyze data from surveys, studies, and inventories.
 Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects.
 Organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
Education:
i) Field of Diploma / Graduation and year: B.E. (Electrical & Power) in the year 2005with
first class & distinction 69.6 %.
ii) Field of Graduation / Post Graduation and year: Pursuing MBA (Operations).
iii) Any other specific qualification: Dip. Electrical Engineering in the year 2002with first
class 64.4 %.
