YPO wanted to develop a privileges based Program for its members who paid a high
annual fee to join the Club. The client wanted an engagement program to ensure
renewal of Membership
Methodology
LH put together a premium privileges catalogue which was targeted to provide offers
from premium brands/ partners to the members. The project included
conceptualization, offer sourcing, partner tie ups, contract
management, design, creative layout and end to end management of the project.
LH created a collection of a total of 20 offerings and communicated them through an
exclusive brochure. For this, LH identified a list of premium partners across categories
like dining, retail, hotels, airlines to participate in the program. It also negotiated offers
with prospective partners and closed on contracts/ MOUs. LH then went on to create
the communication strategy thereby coordinating the print and production of the

Founder -Luxury Hues Group
Amit has over 22 years of Category Management, Marketing and Sales experience across diverse industries. He has
a successful track record in “thought leadership”, championing business transformation initiatives, innovations and
transforming brands into leading and profitable market players. Amit has worked with American Express, General
Motors , Reliance and Unilever in senior management roles.
Amit did his PGDM from IIM-Lucknow and Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He is a
guest faculty at IIMs and MICA and takes courses on Strategy and Luxury Brand Management. He is also an active
participant in various Industry Forums and Seminars.

Peter has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. He was earlier the Vice President & General
Manager ASIA for Global Merchant Services at American Express International He was responsible for growing a
profitable merchant business in Asia based in Singapore overseeing Sales, Marketing and Operations as well as
providing strategic direction and focus to strengthen Amex merchant coverage and position in the Japan, Asia Pacific
and Australia region.He has a Bachelor in Pharmacy and a Post-Graduate degree in Management from Loyola Institute
of Business Administration and the University of Chennai.

Nidhi has over 13 years of rich experience in working with the premium segment and has handled HNI customers and premium
partners. While working with companies like American Express, GE and the Development Bank of Singapore(DBS), she executed
and managed various aspects of Business Development, Product Launches, Customer Engagement and Customer Relationship
Management and handled international assignments. During her 6-year tenure with American Express, she was involved in
Fraud Control, Product Launches and Direct Marketing for the Credit Card Division. At DBS, she was instrumental in managing
Consumer Banking in Delhi. Nidhi graduated in Economics from Delhi University and has an MBA degree, with a specialization in
Finance and Marketing.

experience in Product Development, Product Management, and Team Leadership in the Telecommunication Industry. He has
worked in organizations like, Allied Telesyn Networks, Inc. and Catapult Communications Corp. (now, Ixia, Inc.) in the United

Vimmi has over 22 years of rich experience in Profit Centre Operations. She started her Career with Advertising
and her last 12 years have been devoted to Premium Retail starting with Ravvisant, LVMH, Oswal’s Retail
Venture, Genesis Colors and Network18. She has been responsible for Sourcing, Manufacturing and Marketing in
these organizations. In Network 18 she was heading the sourcing for the fashion segment of their e-commerce
portal.
