pool volume : appx. 468’750 ltrs
others :
a pool with over-flow channel with grating in MS / PVC
surface mounted lights
sand filter in MS vessel / PVC

6. as a future pool owner what are YOU interested in ?
A proven technology
A serious & reliable supplier
Fulfillment of esthetic requirement
Time frame to be respected

Do you have any other special needs in your case ?
7. a pool
consists of
3 major
components
a)structure
b)surface finish
c) filter
8. Any Swimming pool is composed
of:
A water container
Insulation and water proofing
Filtration
Finishing and options
10. Filtration System
Filtration system is composed mainly of:
A- Circulating Pump
B- Filter Media
C- Piping
The pump circulates water so:
the filtering media retains the suspended material
chemicals get distributed homogeneously and treat organic
articles
15. A compact filtration that
incorporate:
The pump – 25000 ltrs / hr
The filter media (by Dupont)
The skimmer
Piping
The inlets and out lets
As well it incorporates :
Steps
Light (150 w)
16. How does the Filtration System function?
The unit turns water
at 110 GPM creating a
current allowing the entire
pool to be filtered.
(versus 30 to 40 GPM for
a traditional filtration system).
17.
18. Evaluating Efficiency through
Conductivity Test :
•Installing 14 sensors
distributed in a 10m x 5m pool
•First salt injection from
filtration side ( 50 m 3 )
•Second salt injection opposite
side of the pool
•Measurements of sensors
taken every 4 minutes
19. Conductivity tests on filtration
efficiency showed that:
When salt is thrown on filtration side
the sensors measured the same level in
12 minutes (surface/red) and 25
minutes (bottom/blue).
Red: sensors on water surface level
Black: sensors in the middle level
Blue: sensors on the bottom of the
pool

21. A comparison test with traditional Filter was done afterwards:
Pool 10m x 5m depth from 1.20 to 1.80 m
2 Skimmers
2 Inlets
Water was homogeneous after 45 minutes at
the bottom of the pool.
Conclusion :D-Espilon Filter is 30% faster than traditional Filter
NO BURRIED PIPES. NO BALANCING TANK.
NO PLANT ROOM REQUIRED
Filter inclusive of SS ladder + 150w light
Uses only 1.5kw –huge
daily saving on electricity
24. Filter Media :
Dupont Bag 5 & 15 micron
•Patented no woven textile filter bag
•Washable twice a week in average
•Life duration 2 years in average
•Minimal replacement cost
>Short filtration time of about 4 hours that leads to saving in
electric consumption
>Standardization of installation and spare parts
>No opening in the pool walls and floor for water inlets, outlets,
skimmers, vacuum cleaner inlets and main drain, eliminating a
great source of possible future leak
>No additional equipment needed -- self-contained and over-the
wall structure
25. Advantages of D-Espilon Filtration
Saves on electricity & water consumption
Hassle free maintenance
No backwashing: saving time, water & chemicals while being
environmentally friendly
No expensive cartridge or sand to replace
No loss of head: increasing circulation of water and filtering
more water in less time for less money .
Standardization of installation and spare parts
No openings in the pool walls and floor for water inlets, outlets,
skimmers, vacuum cleaner inlets and main drain, eliminating a great
source of possible future leak
No unsightly equipment to hide and concrete pad to build since the
filtration is partially underground, self-contained and over-the wall
structure
