Searching across Internal and External sources and Navigating within a group of documents
1. To view the presentation use your mouse buttons or the « entry » key

3. Select sources, Internal (e.g Intranet, E-Mail archive) and External (e.g. Real time news feed, Media News sites) Submit query in language of choice Each result comprises a title with Hyperlink, Summary, Relevance ranking, Source, Language and Similar document function
4. Search Options: Precise Search, Language, Historic time frame Results show percentage of results found at which source
5. Filter the results by Site (external), Sources (internal) or by Language. Sorting the results Search using associated metadata: Names, Locations, Organisations
6. Focus the search on the metadata (e.g. by geography). Ability to: “ Include this term in the query field” “ Exclude this term from the query field” “ Set the query term to this field”
7. Dynamic classification (clusterisation) of the results starting from the initial request (in this example, the request is “Financial Instruments Directive” on internal sources). Similar requests already submitted are automatically suggested
8. All AMI Enterprise Intelligence applications (Collect, Alert, Publish, Share and Analyse) can easily be accessed for use. Rights of access to individual applications, functions and documents can be managed via the Administration interface.
