 Presently I am working as a Resident Sr. Service Engineer in Giesecke & Devrient (India)

July 2006. Have more then 9+ year of experience in service Industries in
same Company.
 Responsible for Handling & Repair of BPS-200, Numeron and BPS C1. Involved to
configure various software in BPS-200 & Numeron for the smooth operation of machine.
 I concern with Installation, Demonstration, Service and Maintenance of Fully automation
System which are work with Rotating Equipments. (Solenoid, Coupling, Rotor, Gears,
Belts etc). Which system is use for Detection and Sorting of INR (INR Sorting Machine).
 Responsible for to manage the monthly PM Schedule and attain the CM call also.
 Responsible for Software Upgradation for batter performance of machine.
 Hands on experience of machine Overhauling & Upgradation.
Management Ability :
 Responsible for to collect the AMC payment in Quarterly basis. and do the follow-up for
AMC renewal.
 Key Player in Planning certain task & Strategies to close all support calls within time limit.

2.  Manage on-site inventory of spare parts. Make Spare part requests after every PM
call or as when it required.
 Report Stock Status of Spares in monthly basis.
 Report the PM & CM call details in weekly basis of Ahmedabad zone.
 Some times give a sales support for satisfactory Demonstration and provide quotation to
customer directly.
 Actively promotes a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining open
communication between them. Ensures timely payment collection of all receivables for the
assigned machines.
2. SYSTRONICS Ltd.
 I have a working experience as a Testing Engineers in Production Department of
Systronics Ltd For 2 years. and as a Service engineer in Systronics Ltd for a 1+ year.
 Company made Bio-medical & Analytical based Instrument which are used in Medical-
laboratory, Pharmaceutical, and Clinical research Organization also.
 Have a basic knowledge of HPLC.
 As a Testing engineer. I Concern with Optical setting of Instrument, Trouble shooting,
Testing and Calibration of analog / digital based Instrument.
 Also do the QC support and updates QC procedure.
 As a service engineer I have to attain CM call in all over Gujarat.
