I currently work for Sierra HR Partners, an HR consulting and outsourcing organization.
Before joining Sierra HR, I worked for Boeing as an HR Generalist. During an 18-month rotation program I spent time in a number of business units, including the 737 and 787 airplane programs and the Electrical Systems and Interiors responsibility centers. Afterwards, I moved to a role with 787 Airplane Development.
Before working at Boeing, I studied business management, organizational behavior, and human resources at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management.
