• View it as a business change project with the character of IT projects, but working closely
with the business
• Ensure there are internal resources that can and will drive the project forward, and give the
project members time to work
• Visualize roles and responsibilities within the organization at an early stage. What
changes within the organization that will emerge when you start your automation journey
and how the organization will develop when scaling up
• Ensure good communication and information of the RPA-project within the organization.
