The percentage of people who access internet only for looking
information related to various products and services have decreased
from 45% in 2009 to 27% in the year 2012.
Debit cards/Net banking and Credit Cards remaining
the top two most preferred modes of payments. Cash on Delivery is
growing very rapidly though.
