9. Conclusions
Conclusion: This has been viewed that we are not in a good position to follow
‘Transfer Policy’ , the following may be the reason behind this:
We seems to become failure to develop good ‘Succession Planning’ among the
locations, therefore some of the employees become indispensible in the eyes of
Unit Head (Security), to whom they don’t wants to spare.
Its understood that maximum employees of Falcon’ joined in the last of 2012,
therefore the employees in level of ‘Security Guards’ become cross the boundary
of transfer policy in resent time, which resulted the ‘Overlaps Percentage’ in a
high.
Transfer of experienced security employees more than 5 in a month creates
problem in daily routine exercise of ‘Security Vertical’ of any locations.

10. Strategic Planning
To overcome the barriers following steps may please be considered:
In plant/location level good ‘Strategic Succession Planning’ may develop ( Like
we need to create 2nd line of the person working in the field of ERP/data entry
job or good hands in Admin. function ) by concern HR / Security Mgt. team.
Competency chart of key Security positions may be created at the concern
location and that should be shared to ‘Naharpali location’ where the same will be
maintained as ‘Master Data’ & before transferring any key employee to other
locations, the HR team of Falcon (Naharpali) will try to match the competency of
both (Transfer In & Out ) the employee.
To stimulate the process & clear the back log of transfer list it is suggested that
minimum 4 Security Guards & 2 Security officer level employees should be
transfer (In & Out) in every locations, in every coming months.
