ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: Software Testing provides a significant opportunity for India. One out of
two software test engineers worldwide is actually located in India, spending their time in testing and
inventing new ideas to improve the system under test. Over the years, the scope of Software Testing has
expanded from purely finding defects manually to a co-ordinated, automated effort in defect prevention and
process innovation, harnessing the power of talented and motivated people. This growing importance of
Software Testing is reflected in the fact that this has grown to be skill in most demand, with a number of
well attended conferences / workshops and certifications to satisfy specific needs of the Testing
community.
The one day workshop will provide an unique platform to address the multi-dimensional aspects of
Software Testing spanning management commitment, process innovation, advances in technology and
Human Resources implications.
The workshop is supported by an advisory committee consisting of : Mr. Srinivasan Desikan, Author,
