2.1. Introduction on the system
The system NIMS-CCN is served as supporting to manage and maintenance the electrical
item at the .
- Give the warning about electrical items in maintenance period. Provincial branches to
create a maintenance plan
- Help Electromechanical Rom in VTNET easy to observed station in the province that do
not have a maintenance plan in period or have maintenance plan without completing
maintenance

4.1. Login and logout the system
4.1.1. Login the system
All user want to use the function of the system, they must login to the system by account that
is provided...
Login information include: Username, password. Then, you click Login
Note: All the functions can only be done if the user is granted!?

Users when the login the system will view differenty in the functions, the rights is granted by
the admin. In each view, each user can only see and perform the functions is provided.
4.1.2. Log out the system
When you want to stop and log out the system, you click link Log out in the system.

This fuction allow user to add, edit, delete, Search Station
Step 1: On the main menu, select ‘Category/Station Management, display screen ‘Station
Management’ :

Step 2: At this main screen, enter data to one or more search conditions: Station code, Station
code, Station type, Kind of station. Click Search
The system is displayed search result on a grid.

Step 3: In oder to add a station,On the main screen, click Create. System display add screen

There are two way to create station in this fuction:
- Create station on web:
Step 1: On screen Create station, user enter information station (The file has * is
required.)
o Station code (*):Rule: Provincecode_Index. Example: HNI0975
o Addres (*): Addres of station
o Province code (*): Province code of station

o Station type (*): There are two type. They are Station on ground and station on
roof
o Kind of station (*): It depend on station type. User must choose station type
befor choosing kind of station.
o Station length (*): meter (m)
o Station height (*):meter (m)
o Station width (*):meter (m)
o Additional information
o File attachment information: They are diagram in station. They are: AC
diagram, ( Sơ đồ hệ thống tiếp đất; Sơ đồ mặt bằng; Sơ đồ hệ thống cấp nguồn
AC;…)
Step 2: Then Click Save to complete
- Import from excel file
Step 1:
o User check in checkbox Import file.
o System displays linlk to download template file

Template file has fields on create screen. System support to display sation type and
kind of station in combobox. Click in link to download template
Step 2:
o Entering enough information in template file .
o Click Browse button to select file to import .

o Then, click Import button to complete.

• If there is a record in the excel file fails, the system will not import any
record and display a list of errors to the screen for users to track
• In addition, the system will automatically check the information that was
wrong and NSD can download this file to edit is highlighted in red.
Step 3: Edit
- On the main screen, Choose icon Edit ,Display update creen:

Step 4: Delete station
On the main screen
- Choose one or more recored by clicking checkbox
- Choose button Delete

This fuction allow user to add, edit, delete, search item
Step 1: On the main menu, select ‘Category/ Item Management, display ‘Item
Management’ screen as:

On main screen, you click Icon , Edit screen is displayed:

- When you click Reset button, information items will reset old information item or Click
“Cancel” button to close “Edit”, the system will not save data that you have entered.
Step 5: Delete item
- On main screen, choose one or more recode by checking in checkbox.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK on Confirm form to delete or click Cancel button to Cancel operation .

Item has related item, you don’t delete it, If you delete this item, the system show
meassge “Delete fail, have related item”, and display list item that don’t delete
4.2.3. Item attribute category
This funtion allow user to add, edit, delete, search item attribute

• Data type (*): They are: Combobox; Textbox; TextArea; status; Number;
Checkbox; Move status. If data type is Combo, Number , Checkbox user must
enter Available value .
• Item (*): It is item of attribute. In oder to choose item, user click Choose lable
to choose item..
• Order: It is order that this attribute is displayed in the item
• Available value: It is value list when you choos data type is Combo, Number ,
Checkbox
• Is required: if this field is required
Step 3: Click Save button
Note:

This electromechanical management system supports functions: Enter electromechanical
information for the station, view electromechanical information of the station and export
electromechanical information of the staion from province, erea and over nationwide.
4.3.1. Enter electromechanical information
Step 1: From main menu, select Electromechanical management/ Enter electromechanical
information. The system display “Enter electromechanical information” screen as:

Step 2: To enter electromechanical information for the station, the users click icon on
the Input column, corresponding with station need to enter information. The system displays

In this screen user will enter information of all the items. If the station has not been
entered information for all items, the system will require input user must go from first
item (Solar batteries) to last item by two buttons ‘Back’ and ‘Next’’

If the station enter information for all items, when entering the information , the users will
not have to jump through in turn items that can be moved to the items that you need to
edit.
Step 3: After finishing , if the users want to enter the next electromechanical information, can
click button New. Then the system will delete all the data that the user has entered previously
to the user enter other new electromechanical information for the station..

Step 4: After electromechanical province staff implementation to enter electromechanical
information, electromechanical room of the network company can view information of the
station. To view electromechanical information from screen ‘Search station’, click the link

- If station has not entered any information electromechanical not yet, you must enter
each item step by step.

Step 1: On main menu, chọn Root station management / Assign root station to team. The

Step 4: On grid root station, the users choose one or more root station to assign for team,
then click Choose.
Note: One team can manage many stations, but one station is assigned for only a team.
