6. General Information:

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS
THE COMPANY
• Abrahamoff Brothers (ABL) was founded in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1933 as a partnership.
• In 1969 its two new owners, Mr. Dov Tavor and Mr. Daniel Roman assumed control of the
company under the same name.
• The Company, which has three branches, in Tel Aviv, in Hadera (in the northern part of
Israel), and in Nazareth, serves today many Israeli leading corporations as well as individuals.
• Its main specialty during these years was travel services for the business traveler, sale of flight
tickets, hotels etc., together with the organizing of special interest groups.
• ABL’s travel services have an excellent reputation, due to its reliable, dedicated and
professional staff who make sure that it’s clients will get the required high standards services
always on time.
• In 1998, Mr. Hanoch (Noki) Segev former adviser to the Israeli Minister of Tourism joined
the company.
• ABL has offered tourist services in Israel for incoming groups and individuals under a
different brand name for many years.
• The activity of incoming department was refreshed five years ago, by the joining of the new
Manager of the Nazareth Branch – Mr. Ibrahim Tatour.
• Having a branch in Nazareth allow us to improve services to pilgrims from all over the world.
• ABL has decided to add the name Heritage Tours to the existing one and to move to new
offices in 94 Hayarkon St. in Tel Aviv.
• These changes enabled us to offer more travel services mainly for incoming traffic to Israel.
• Incoming Department is operated in NAZARETH branch.

8. TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESPONSIBILITY
• The Travel Agent and/or the Tour Operator HERITAGE TOURS act only
as agents for various companies, owners and contractors providing the
means of transportation, accommodation and other services pertaining to
the tour.
• All exchange orders and tickets are issued to the terms and conditions
under which such means of transportation, accommodation and other
services are offered or provided.
• The issuance and acceptance of such tickets/exchange orders shall be
deemed to be consent to the further conditions:
• The Travel Agent and/or the Tour Operator HERITAGE TOURS shall not
be in any way liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or
irregularity in any vehicle, or through the acts or default or negligence of
any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or any hotel
proprietor, personnel or servant or of any other person otherwise in
connection therewith.
• Each exchange order and/or ticket is to be regarded as one contracted by or
on behalf of the particular company or person named in it.

9. TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOTELS
• Twin and/or double bedded, run of the house rooms with private facilities.
• We reserve the right to substitute hotels of same category.
TOURS, TRANSFERS & PORTERAGE:
• Sightseeing is by comfortable, air-conditioned, guided motorcoaches.
• The complete program as shown on each itinerary includes all entrance
fees to the sites visited and the services of a licensed multi-lingual guide.
• Transfers between airports and hotels include porterage of 2 suitcases per
person.
PAYMENTS:
• A deposit of $ 200.- per person or 20 of the total cost, whatever is lower, is
due within 10 days of confirmation.
• Full pre-payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

10. TERMS & CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:
• Change after confirmation – $35 per person per change.
• Cancel 46 days or more prior to departure’s 35 per person.
• Cancel 30-45 days prior to departure – 15% of total cost.
• Cancel 15-30 days prior to departure – 25% of total cost.
• Cancel 1-14 days prior to departure – 35% of total cost.
• No show – 50% of total cost.
• The above exclude any charges of suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, bus company,
etc.) which will be added when necessary.
TRIP CANCELLATION PROTECTION
• of $50 per person, paid with the initial deposit and non-refundable, will guarantee full
waiver for cancellation fees, no questions asked, up to the day of departure.
REFUNDS:
• All requests for refund must be sent to us in writing and received not later than 60
days after the return.
• Refund of unused services of tour features will be subject to a processing fee of $35
per person, plus any hotel and/or airline charges incurred.
• Claims for unused services should be substantiate by verification by local
representatives.
• Allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing of refunds.

11. TERMS & CONDITIONS
ITINERARY AND HOTEL VARIATIONS:
• Occasionally, during certain periods due to unforeseen circumstances, our
local offices might have to make last minute changes (sometimes after
arrival), in the sequence of the tour.
• There might also be other instances in which hotel changes become
necessary or advisable.
• Therefore we reserve the right to substitute any of the hotels at similar
category or a lesser grade hotel.
• Any saving realized by those changes will be refundable.
NOT INCLUDED:
• Items of personal nature such as tips, laundry, wines, mineral water,
beverages, coffee, tea. food other than specified, passport and visa fees,
insurance, and border and airport taxes.
VALIDITY:
• All prices quoted in US$ are based on current prices and exchange rates
are subject to change without prior notice.
