6. Registration of BOE’s fertilizer.

7. Transfer sample to paper box and
oven it till dry.

8. Grain and transfer into the plastic
vial.

9. Weighing 1 gram of each sample
in a porcelain dish.

10. Put the samples in the furnace
machine and furnace 6 hours. Wait
till the porcelain dish really cool down
before proceed to the next method.

11. Add 2 ml of HCl to the sample and
leave 4 hours.

12. Put the samples on the hot plate and
let it condense 1/3 from the original
volume.

13. Add 10 ml of nitric acid to the
sample.

14. Set the water bath at 100ºC for 30 minutes.
Arrange the sample in water bath and let it
condense 1/3 from the original volume.

15. Transfer to 100 ml volumetric flask and
mark up till it reach the calibration
mark.

16. Filter solution to plastic vial.

17. Transfer solution to test tube and arrange
in a test tube rack systematically and
ready to be send to the ICP department.
