The company is headquartered in Gurgaon.
The site started operations in January 2012.
It was co-founded by Arun Chandra Mohan, Praveen Sinha, and Lakshmi Potluri
after which Manu Jain, and Mukul Bafana joined the organization.
In 2014, Manu Jain left Jabong and joined Xiaomi India.
The payments for the products can be done through Visa, Master Card, Net banking or even cash on delivery.
In this way the banks also becomes an intermediary in the process of buying.
Jabong also has a “Reward points” which is earned by the customers on every purchase.
These rewards points can be redeemed by them for making any purchase in the future equivalent to the rewards points earned.
This is a unique facility offered by JABONG as it also generates a need in the minds of the customers to shop more.
Such facilities are not available for Flipkart or Amazon users.
JABONG also has schemes linked with leading banks like SBI, ICICI and KOTAK Credit card users.
In such schemes customers having cards of these banks will enjoy an additional 2%-5% cash back on the purchase made.

As per the review regarding the “PRODUCT QUALITY” you can see that majority of the people were satisfied or moderately satisfied.
Regarding the service of JABONG, we can see the same trends as 7 out of 12 people were satisfied.

Another information to add is that: Close to 30% of Jabong’s revenues is coming from mobile.
