Gather information from
students, parents, teachers.
Do some research and
benchmarking .

5. Define
Define the problem, which is
the major cause and the most
important need.

6. Ideate
Compare alternatives and ideate
a solution of our own.

7. Prototype
Build some sample lockers to
put them to trial.

8. Surprise!

9. Test Get feedbacks and improve the prototype. Then we can
make them on large scale.
