AJMN administers the Jefferson County Jail Ministry, the Jefferson County Community Partnership for Recovery and Reentry Network and the Robert E. Doyle: Mentoring Birmingham Program. Since its inception AJMN has worked to connect churches and expand the role of the faith community within the prisons, jails, and juvenile detention centers in Alabama. As a result of it's activities, AJMN and it's affiliates have developed relationships with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, the Alabama Department of Corrections and the Alabama Department of Pardons and Paroles
