1. MISSION STATEMENT
As a music production company, we are in it to win it. Fame and riches
are our first concern. We aim to be different to make sure that all out
music holds a certain value as all music that has come before is dead.
We must strive to blaze our own path. Uniqueness! We need to achieve
greatness, to create a new innovative sound; music is only a part of our
balanced lives. We make music in order to have fun and improve our
sense of well-being.
It will ensure that everyone involved in the band we need to make sure
that everyone is on the same page. The goals will be aligned, and that
united sense of purpose will inspire our collective work ethic and
creativity. If we make music on our own and direct our own career, the
easier it will be to know how to connect with an audience.
They need to be adaptable, they need to reach a wide range of
audience, make everyone feel wanted as if they belong. A three man
band preferably all white to still fit into some of the original rock band
conventions but shake it up and make it much more modern. Add a
more eclectic taste to the way they act and they need t include this into
their stage persona. They will be active entertainers not just music stars.
This may be a struggle but the end result will be amazing.
The band name would be your choice, just make sure it is different
unique and holds a very modern rock vibe towards it, try not to make it
too urban as we still hope to hold some of our already loyal audiences.
This band needs to be the next sensation; they need to be compared to
the script, Coldplay and kings of lean. They cannot just stand as one hit
wonders under the A. Star. J. Star Records name, they need to be big
and memorable. This band need to stand for something, they need to be
the voice of youth today, to say what they want, what they need and not
take no for an answer.
Here at A. Star. J. Star Records we only put forward the most promising
bands and we put our trust in you with the opportunity to make this
happen. We need this band to be amazing and match the high
standards that have been set. They need to reach our expectations as
this will allow for a successful career and a smooth relationship with this
production company.
