- 1. WASTE WATER SERVICE: FROM OCTOBER TO FEBRUARY/MARCH 2019: The house was vacant for 4 months before Richard Pankhurst moved in. So, there should, would – and were – 4 bills sent to DASOR by the Utility company, for service charges during the 4 months’ waste water WAS Under DASOR ie Oct, Nov. Dec. Januarry. DASOR did not Pay the Nov, and Dec bills, it is HENCE the Jan 10 Bill was a Jumbo bill – for $ 631.53 – because unpaid bills for service in Oct, Nov and December had piled up by January. DASOR deducted $631.53 from the February Rent (see Appendix for proof/claims) Paying this JAN 10 2019 bill for $631.53 : means that landlord paid for 3 months service usage : October, November and December. House was vacant for ONLY 4 months. This $635.53 covers ALL charges TILL DECEMBER. BUT there WAS WATER SERVICE FOR WASTE WATER IN JANUARY 2019 ALSO. And yes, Indeed, FOR JANUARY 2019 usage, a BILL for $110.53 – was printed and mailed on FEBRUARY 10, 2019. That amount ($110.53 – is the monthly fixed waste water charge) HAS been debited/deducted from landlord’s MARCH rent – and IS reflected in the MARCH 2019 statement.
