24. Specification “ U “ Shape Handle U shape handle is design for better control and better grip over the weeder. It is like bicycle handle for easy movement of Krishi Usha weeder in muddy Paddy field. It is made of Mild steel ERW pipes with 20 mm Nominal bore . Max inside dia 22.3 mm dia and outer dia 26.9 mm . Precisely cut into a PLC controlled band saw machine . After that these were bend in a perfect bending fixture to have a bend at a desired length within 157 degree.

Specification Rotor R otor is one of the main component in “Krishi Usha Weeder” as its main work is to uprooting the weeds from Paddy Fields and it also help in keeping the soil lose for air flow in the soil. In the process of uprooting the weeds it also put back the weeds in soil which get decompose and weeds work as organic manure, which provide nutrient to Paddy plants. In the manufacturing process Mild steel ERW pipes is taken as base and eight teeth having 3 teeth: 2 teeth are welded having equal distance from each other. Teeth are bended for uprooting the weeds.
26. Specification Float Tray F loat tray main work is to keep the weeder floating over the muddy field. It is design in such a way that it make possible for the weeder to float over the flooded field. Float tray is attaché with a frame having rotor in it.
