The International Woolmark Prize is back; following months of heats, the six
global finalists will face a panel of prestigious fashion figures including
designers Victoria Beckham, Donatella Versace, Diane von
Furstenberg, editor-at-large of Style.comTim Blanks and Vogue Italia editor
Franca Sozzani.
On schedule for London Fashion Week, the show down will take place on
the evening of Saturday, February 16. Each designer will showcase their
Merino wool collection to the panel in a fast-paced fashion show after
which the winner will be crowned.

3. The prize was launched in 1954 as a way of Woolmark
supporting upcoming designers, former winners include Karl
Lagerfeld and Yves Saint Laurent.
