Aishah started her professional career in London as a consultant offering business consultancy and additionally recruiting for small to medium sized firms. She was head hunted by Hays Specialist Recruitment in Canada as a Business Manager for the Civil, Structural and Environmental sector. In September 2008, she moved to Dubai and has built up a strong network of contacts across the UAE and has a deep cultural understanding of the diverse make-up of the population within the GCC.
