Project Delivery
Our Integrated Project Solutions ensure that we can support clients with their
workforce needs from the conceptual phase of a project right through to first

To identify people related-risk within a specific project, Air Energi, together with Queensland University of Technology
(QUT) have developed the PREP™ analysis tool. Following the completion of a detailed questionnaire the tool provides
a comprehensive breakdown of the six critical areas of people-risk within the project and is used to help set the
parameters to mitigate those risks.
