ensure open lines of communication in
a very busy household.

If you don't already keep either a schedule or make
yourself a to-do list each night, this is your cue to start.
A to-do list helps you with get things done because it

It will also help you remember things that you might have
otherwise forgotten. You can put things
on them that you're afraid of forgetting, or
want to make sure you make time for.
7. Generous
Remind yourself every day of the generosity you want to not
only feel, but show.
Think of specific ways you can be good to the people you
know
Extend this thoughtfulness to strangers, even if all you do is
smile and say hello, or let them on to the highway in front of
you
Think about how your action impacted them, i.e., they smiled
and had a pleasant moment; they were able
to get to their destination on time.
Remember that generosity is not just a decision,
its a lifestyle.

we want to overcome our fears by facing
them. When the moment to face the fear
approaches, we shirk back, becoming
afraid again.

then?

Now

forgetting the present precious moment in hand, hence they
always fail to achieve what they really desired for. we must
be optimistic but not a day dreamer.
make your dreams come true & for that you
must forget the goals, work hard and live
for today.
15. Don't Procrastinate!

something else off, the more all your undesirable chores pile
up.

them into your schedule so you will do them.
