AIDS Action Europe is a network of over 400 civil society organizations in 45 countries that works to strengthen the response to HIV/AIDS in Europe and Central Asia. It aims to facilitate exchange between NGOs, influence regional and national policies, and promote universal access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support. The organization is funded by an operating grant from the European Commission and advocates for key issues like decriminalization and treatment access through initiatives like the HIV/AIDS Civil Society Forum.
