2. ABOUT AHIMSA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD.
We, at Ahimsa, shall always strive to achieve the

3. JOURNEY TO PREFORM MAKING
 Ahimsa Industries Pvt. Ltd was formed in 1996 & is involved in
to injection mold making, plastic processing turn key projects
execution.
 We ventured in to PET Preform making, with world renowned
HUSKY. At K-2010 tradeshow, one of the biggest event for
plastic world, Husky displayed world latest all electric H-PET
AE 180(32cavity) system @ Dusseldorf, Germany.
 The equipment came to our works in October 2011 & the
system became operational in November 2011. Owing due to
huge success, we installed another Husky -HPET AE (48
cavity), & commenced its production in March- 2013.

 A Preform lab is set up to
check the dimensional
accuracies & other
acceptance criteria such as
Flash, Sink Marks, Ovality,
short shot to help bottlers
avoid line rejections.
 Each lot of Preforms
supplied carries a test report
on the quality.
 For AA levels, we get
periodical test done @ most
ultra modern lab
of Reliance Patalganga.
 Periodical calibration of
weighing scale to ensure
precise delivery weight.
 Husky’s periodic preventive
maintenance plan to avoid
break downs & smoother
running of the system.

8. LOCATION & SPACE
 AIPL's manufacturing unit is located @ Piplaj village, just
located nearby SP ring road within AMC limits.
 We are in famous Devraj industrial park. It is a
well infrastructure, non polluting industrial estate located in
Piplaj & Kamod village of AMC. The estate has very wide
roads, street lights & excellent security service. We can load,
off- load & dispatch the goods round the clock.
 We have a 4500 sq meter plot area & the factory area (built-
up) of 27000 square feet.
 We have gone for modern pre-engineered system from Kirby.
So creating more storage space by lofts (additional vertical
storage) & expending existing shade is far easier for us.

12. HR QUALITY
 The company headed under guidance of Mr. Ashutosh Gandhi a well qualified
plastic technologist having experience in the field of mold making & plastic
processing for 25 years.
 The plant is headed by Mr. Sanjay Agrawal, a plastic engineer with
experience of almost 26 years in injection molding. He is associated AIPL
since 1996.
 Mr. Pramod Mall & Mr. Himanshu Prajapati, both of our production in-
charge are graduates from CIPET & having experience of 7 years in PET
processing.
 We have two junior plastic engineers & one electrical engineer. We have a
dedicated engineer for QC dept too.
 Our team has gone through Husky's training program & we intend to
conduct/participate with advance training programs offered by Husky.
 As we are located within AMC area, surrounded by residential villages, labor
availability is plenty. Also we have labour quarters within our factory premises,
ensures no delays even in loading, off-loading the trucks.
