Development Corp., owner, for the
significance review of the existing main
structure located at 320 Alta Ave under
Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 in
order to demolish 100% of the existing main
structure.

 100% demo of the existing main
structure.
 No plans for replacement structure at
this time.

 South side of Alta, between Imlay &
Arbutus.

POLICY ANALYSIS
 1,557 sq. ft. home built in 1938.
 252 sq. ft. detached garage
constructed in 1992.
 No evidence that the home has any
major historical significance.

ARB RECOMMENDATION
 On January 17, 2017, ARB found no
significance in existing structure and
approved the demolition request.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
 Postcards were mailed to property owners
within a 200-foot radius of the property,
appropriate notice was posted on the City
website and a sign was posted on the
property
