Consider a request of Trey Siller,
representing Escape Development Group,
owner, for the significance review of the
existing home and detached accessory
structure located at 409 Normandy Ave
under Demolition Review Ordinance No.
1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish
100% of the existing main structure.
3. SUMMARY
Applicant is seeking to demolish 100%
of the existing main structure located
at 409 Normandy Ave.
No replacement structure has been
proposed at this time.

BACKGROUND
The property is zoned SF-B and is
located on the north side of Normandy
Ave., between Greely St. and Imlay St.

POLICY ANALYSIS
The 1,150 square foot home was built
in 1949 and the 360 square foot
detached garage was constructed in
1982, according to the Bexar County
Appraisal District.

ARB RECOMMENDATION
On January 19, 2016 the ARB reviewed
the request, found no significance in
the existing structure, and approved
the demolition request.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
Postcards were mailed to property owners
within a 200-foot radius of the property,
appropriate notice was posted on the City
website and a sign was posted on the
property
