7. When we take God's Son, the Lord Jesus,
as our Savior, God forgives us of all our
sins and makes us His child forever. That is
really good news!
8.
9. CHILDREN TAKE NOTE
• You do not become a Christian by
trying to be one. You become a
Christian by taking the Lord Jesus
as your Saviour. When Jesus
comes to live in us, He gives us
the power to stop sinning.
10. Because God loves us so much, He
gave us the greatest gift He could ever
give to us. He gave His Son to us to be
our Savior. The Bible says, "...the Father
sent the Son to be the Savior of the
world" (1 John 4:14).
11. The Lord Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Jesus had a mother just like
any other baby, but he did not have a human father as you and i have.
12. Who was His father?
God was His Father!
Jesus came into the world as a tiny
baby, but He was different from us
because He did not have sin in His
heart.
He is the sinless
Son of God!
13. JESUS PREACH THE GOOD NEWS
• When Jesus became
a man, He began to
preach and teach.
One day John the
Baptist saw Jesus.
John said, "Behold
the Lamb of God,
which takes away
the sin of the
world"(John 1:29).
14. LAMB OF GOD
• John called Jesus
"the Lamb of God"
because Jesus was
going to die for the sins
of the world. Jesus is
the only One who could
die for our sins because
He is the Son of God.
He never sinned. He
was pure and holy. That
is why He was able to
take the punishment for
our sin
15. • Now we come to the
saddest but most
wonderful event that
ever took place in this
world—the time when
Jesus suffered and died
on the cross for our sins.
Men did not take Jesus'
life from Him. He chose
to lay it down for us. He
said, "Therefore does
My Father love Me,
because I lay down My
life...No man takes it
from Me, but I lay it
down of Myself"
• (John 10:17, 18).
18. ONE OF THE THIEF WAS SAVED
BECAUSE HE BELIEVE IN JESUS
19. Why did God's Son die
on the cross?
Jesus died so we
could be forgiven of
all our sins.
Jesus is the Son of
God. He never
committed a single
sin in His whole life,
but He took the
punishment for my
sins and your sins.
20. JESUS BEAR ALL MY
SINS
•God took all
my sins,
all your sins,
and the sins of
all people and
laid them on His
Son.
The Bible says, "...the Lord has laid on Him [Jesus]
the iniquity [sins] of us all" (Isaiah 53:6).
21. WHAT IS THE WONDERFUL
MESSAGE?
•We have learned a wonderful
truth: Jesus Christ, the Son of
God, died for our sins. It is even
more wonderful when you
say,"Jesus Christ, the Son
of God, died for MY
sins!" Will you say this to
yourself right now?
22. All my sins were on
Jesus when He hung on the
cross, but when He rose from the
grave, they were all gone. What
happened to my sins? God blotted
them out. He erased them. They
are gone forever! God says that
He will not even remember them.
In His Word, He says, "Their sins
and iniquities will I remember
no more"(Hebrews 10:17).
23. YOUR RESPONSE
•Would you like to thank the
Lord Jesus for dying for your
sins? You can do this right now.
Just tell Him, "Lord Jesus, I do
thank You for loving me so
much that You died for my
sins. I want You to be my
Savior and my special Best
Friend.“ Amen.
