This document discusses several types of nematodes and platyhelminths that can be observed under a microscope, including Enterobius vermicularis, Ascaris lumbricoides, Nectar americames, Trichuris trichiura, and Trichinella spiralis. Students are instructed to observe prepared microscope slides of these organisms at low and high power, and to draw and label structures of nematodes in a designated area.
