Sherryl Caulfield has over twenty-five year’s marketing experience spanning three major sectors:
Technology, Outdoors, and Organisational and Personal Development. For seven years she was the
Marketing Communications Manager for Australia and New Zealand for Lotus Development – then
the second largest software company in the world. During her tenure she won national advertising
and communication awards to go with her degree in Business Communications from QUT.
In 1998, she launched Action Communications and while based in New Zealand held the Toshiba PR
account for eight years, landing a coveted cover story on New Zealand’s number one business
magazine. She also managed special projects for Outward Bound for four years, securing two rounds
of prime time television coverage amongst her many achievements. More recently she worked for
Emberin, Australia’s leading gender diversity organisations, on a range of marketing and personal
development programs that were recognised world-class by the Catalyst organisation in New York.
Anita Beasley is a specialist in building brands, digital communications, marketing businesses and
driving sales. At twenty-one, Anita helped launch Colorado, one of Australia’s leading fashion labels.
Two years later she was appointed National Marketing Manager. She has delivered marketing
campaigns for Japan’s largest wedding company, one of the leading global entertainment companies,
a top 100 UK branding agency and the world’s largest athletic retailer.
From 2006 to 2008 Anita headed up the Red Agency in Brisbane responsible for a team of PR
consultants and a range of international, national and state-based clients, including Metropolitan
South Institute of TAFE (MSIT), helping them win the National Australian Marketing Institute Award in
2008 for their Small Business Solutions project. For the next three years, Anita worked alongside
Sherryl at Emberin, whose clients included many ASX Top 100 companies, Australia Post,
Department of Defence and Queensland Government. Anita has a BA with a double major in
journalism and a Graduate Diploma in Communications, majoring in Advertising.
