Responsibilites
Provide technical guidance to clients team in specification, development, testing and deployment of various
BE’s.
Development environments
o Involved in building various complex Business Processes using TIBCO Business Works components (SOAP ,
Service, Smartmapper and ActiveEnterprise Adapter Config).
o Involved in creating EAR files and deploying various Business Events in Administrator.
o Involved in Testing in various Environments
Involved in training the new joiners to the project and conducted TIBCO Certification Training Sessions.

Client wanted a standard soultion for new business and underwriting process which was to built upon the service
oriented architecture (SOA) for flexible process management and services reusability across the application
Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Services Bus (ESB) are key technologies enabling the
continuous process improvement and services reuse for multiple channels and multiple applications. TIBCO BPM
and ESB are standard BPM/ESB platforms to be used for the solution
Responsibilities
Designing solution from functional requirements.
Involved in Analysis, high level, Design, Build and Testing Phases.Involved in estimation effort specification.
Reviewing the code as per Developer guide lines while also mentoring team members on various tibco tools
