Shital graduated in Architecture from Shivaji University Kolhapur in 2010. She has gained an experience of
more than six years. Shital has worked with Sunil Patil & Associates (SPA) in concept design team. She has
also worked in association with firms like Kapil Desai & Associates, Kolhapur.
Shital’s areas of experience include township development, residential bungalows, apartments, commercial
buildings, resorts, farm houses, interior designing, landscape designing in private as well as government
sectors.
MR. ABHIJIT D. PATIL, Structural Engineer
BE (Civil), Kolhapur. M.Tech (Structural Dynamics), IIT Roorkee
Abhijit graduated in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in 2006 and completed his post
graduation in 2009 from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in Structural Dynamics. During his masters,
he has worked on structural health monitoring for his research project.
Abhijit has been working in the field of structural engineering for past eight years & hydraulic engineering
for past two years. He was involved in earthquake resistant design in architectural engineering – residential
apartments & commercial buildings, stadium complexes, hotel buildings, resorts; and structural steel design
of industrial shades, design of foot over bridge etc using IS, BS, ACI codes.
Abhijit has gained expertise on high rise buildings (up-to G+40) while working with Indian design firms like
Sterling Engineering Consultancy, Mumbai. Major experience in stadium structures when worked with MNC
Dar Group, Pune. He was responsible for design, client co-ordination, co-ordination with various consultants
involved in projects, structural modeling, preparation of drawing, site visits, and bill of quantities.
He has a comprehensive knowledge of Indian as well as international design standards. He has gained
expertise in CAD/ Design Packages like ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.pro, & Water Gems.
