Who would be the audience for
     your media product?
• When choosing our audience for our thriller we had to
   consider both Demographics and Psychographics.

• Demographics - we considered which age groups preferred
   this genre by conducting a questionnaire, where we chose a
   random sample of people from each age group and asked them
   whether they liked thrillers or not, the results from our
   questionnaire were:

• From our results we came to the conclusion that
   the age group most likely to watch our thriller are
   19-25 year olds as this age group liked thrillers
   more than double the amount of any other age
   group!
• Also when creating our task at first we
  were going to make our story about a group
  of girls using an ouija board at a
  sleepover but we realised that our story
  then might be more aimed at girls, so we
  changed our task to one girl using the
  ouija allowing males to be interpreted
  into the story more and allowing our
  audience to be aimed at both genders.

• As well as considering demographics such
  as the audience and age group of our
  audience we had to consider psychographics
  so their likes and preferences, so we
  decided to chose a person who was in the
  age and gender that we were aiming our
  task at and use her to create a consumer
  profile:
