- I came here with my slideshow just to give you a brief idea what leadership is and why it is so important concept.
- I work as a project manager and chief of laboratory in field of nondestructive testing. So I need to understand the nature of leadership when I communicate with my collegues, my boss, our partners, customers and our competitors.
- Of course nobody knows exactly the truth - what the Leadetship is? Please give your own opinion and than compare with that review that I am going to give you.
- What is the difference between leader and boss? You want to follow the first one and run away from the second. Please imagine the wild tourist journey where the leader of the group is not the same person that formal head of the group. It could lead to the real disaster.
- Of course it is more useful to be contemporary so we will look at the second type
- One important concept is a situational leadership. Imagine that you have a team and it consists from people with different experience and motivation. Should you differentiate your behavior and relation with any of them. Some of them you should take by the hand and for other you should just pop firewood to cut.

- Some advice that I wish to give you if you want to become a leader
- To begin with , be a leader at least for yourself. You will not be able to lead others to the heights of their capacities have not yet learned how to implement your own.
