Design to drive traffic to website to get people to sign-up for health insurance at the health exchange.
This is a cross-platform mobile application built using Appcelerator Titanium for IOS and Android by the team at Clearly Innovative Inc

Main Screen
The application presents and defines four “call to action” sections.
BRAND “HERO”
This individual’s image represents a slice of DCHL’s target audience.
1. DISCOUNT CALCULATOR
A web redirect to a mobile version of DCHL’s calculator that currently exists
on the website (https://dchealthlink.com/calculator).
2. FIND EVENTS
A searchable list view of DCHL events open to the public. This list is based on
the events on the website.
3. GET HELP
A landing screen that provides several ways to learn more about DCHL which
include finding experts, reading FAQs, getting DCHL contact information and
watching DCHL videos.
4. SHARE THE LINK
A social media feature that allows the user to share with friends and family
on Twitter, Facebook or email that s/he has downloaded the app.

A window (read-only) of the Application Checklist available on the website.

A web redirect to the Small Business page on the website (https://dchealthlink.com/smallbusiness)
8. CALL US AND EMAIL US DIALOGS
Pop-up dialogs that allow the user to immediately call or email DCHL directly
from his/her device.

A searchable list view of DCHL experts. This list is based on the experts’ information available on the website and includes the ability to filter by expert
type and language. The list defaults to display events based on proximity to
the user.
1. NEAR ME
A map view of the 25 closest experts based on the proximity to the user
(application will ask user for permission to enable location services for this
feature).
2. SEARCH
The user can search contextually (by zip code, name, language etc) and the
results will populate below.
3. FILTER
The user can filter by expert (Broker, Assister) and filter by language (Amharic, Cantonese, English, French, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, Vietnamese).
4. INFO POP-UP WINDOW (SEE SECOND SCREENSHOT)
A pop-up window that displays definitions of a broker and an assister.
5. EXPERT LIST ITEM
Each expert listing indicates if the expert is a broker (B) or an assister (A) and
includes the expert’s name, address and language s/he speak(s). Each listing
provides the ability to call/email the expert directly and view the expert’s
location on a map.

A window that displays the expert’s name, address, practice areas, language(s) spoken and contact information. The detail window allows the user
to view the expert’s location on a map, call/email the expert, get directions to
the expert’s location, share the event via social media and view the expert’s
website.
MAP
This feature shows the location of the expert on a map.
CALL/EMAIL
This feature allows the user to immediately call or email the expert.
GET DIRECTIONS
This feature opens the device’s default map application and displays the
directions to the expert from the user’s location.
SHARE
The user can share the expert’s details via Twitter, Facebook, email (more
options are available on Android devices depending on what the user has
installed on his/her device).
WEBSITE
The user can view the expert’s website. The application will open up the website with the device’s default browser application (Safari, Chrome, etc).

A list view of the Enrollment Centers including the Faith-Based Enrollment
Centers.
1. NEAR ME
A map view of the closest enrollment centers based on the proximity to the
user (application will ask user for permission to enable location services for
this feature).
2. ENROLLMENT CENTER LIST ITEM
Each Enrollment Center list item will include the name of the center, address
and hours of operation. The user will be able to view each center’s location
on a map and also get directions to the location.
Get Help > Read FAQs
A curated list of questions (by the Young Invincibles) from the website’s
current FAQ section. The question is styled in a brand blue and the answer is
immediately below it. This list of questions is scrollable and includes hyperlinked text that will redirect to whatever URL is specified.

event (scrollable). The detail window allows the user to view the event on a
map, add the event to the device’s calendar, share the event via social media
and get directions to the event.

will populate below.

The user can share the event details via Twitter, Facebook, email (more
options are available on Android devices depending on what the user has
installed on his/her device).

A social media feature that allows the user to share with friends and family
on Twitter, Facebook or email that s/he has downloaded the app.
1. SHARE PICKER
A picker will display a number of “outlets” the user can use to share information about the DCHL mobile app. “Outlets” like email, Facebook, Twitter, SMS
(text message) will display depending on the user’s personal device settings.
2. DEFAULT MESSAGE (SEE SECOND SCREENSHOT)
The share message will be pre-populated with the default message:
[ I downloaded The Link from @DCHealthLink - find out what it’s all about
#EnrollDC ]*
*Originally the default message did not include the @ symbol — Clearly Innovative’s
staff believe it is beneficial to display DCHL’s Twitter handle to call attention to the
organization’s Twitter presence and potentially increase its number of followers.
