#SCALING: Damien Morin, CEO @Save will explain how to establish a culture mindset when you're basically hiring a new employee every day. He knows this topic pretty well: his team grew from 8 to 600 in less than a year.
#REMOTE: Rodolphe Dutel, BizDev @Buffer, will talk about building your culture when employees work remotely. Indeed, Buffer is known for hiring remote team members. Rodolphe will present tools that get employees work closer together.
#INTERNATIONAL: Sylvain Utard, VP of Engineering & 1st employee @Algolia, will talk about how to recruit people & build a culture when you're expanding abroad. From Paris to San Francisco, Algolia has been growing their team in these 2 cities and will share their tips on how to do it right.
