8. How I use Pomodoro
• 1st Working Session – usually 75 min long (drinking lots of water in between)
• 1st Break – 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving)
• 2nd Working Session – 50 min (more water)
• 2nd break - 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving. I can have a little snack
like a fruit or some nuts)
• 3rd Working Session – 40 minutes (more water)
• 3rd break – 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving)
• 4th Working Session – 30 minutes (more water)
• Big Break – Launch - (Salad + Fish)
• 5th Working Session – 40 min (more water)
• 5th break – 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving)
• 6th Working Session – 30 min (more water)
• 6th break – 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving)
• 7th Final Session – 30 min (more water)
Total Working Time - 5 hours
Total Break time - 1 hour and 30 minutes
