  1. 1. "RICE WITH VERMICELLI" ROZ BIL - SHAEREYAPrep. Time: 5 Minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes Directions: Wash the rice and soak in warm water for 15 – 20Ingredients: minutes. Drain.2 Cup Zafarani Basmati Rice Heats oil in heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium4 Tablespoons Corn Oil heat, add vermicelli & cook until golden, stirring all1/2 Cup Vermicelli the time.1 1/4 Teaspoons Salt Add rice, stirring for 3 - 4 minutes until all the rice is3 1/2 Cups Chicken stock or water coated with oil. Add chicken stock or water and salt. Stir well.Serving : 4-5 Heat to boiling on high heat. Cover and simmer on very low heat for 15 – 20 minutes. Let stand off the heat for 5 – 10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
