lessons, and evaluating student progress and achievement. Utilize various analytic tools (i.e.,
standardized tests scores and classroom achievement) to develop plans to meet the needs of each
student. Collaborate daily with teachers to ensure student success. Consult with Intervention
Specialist and assist in the execution of IEPs for exceptional students. Partner with other teachers to
maintain similar pace in teaching units and analyze various data points to determine which teaching
methods or activities have the greatest impact on student achievement. Communicate with other
school staff (i.e. guidance counselors, school psychologist, and administrators) to ensure student
success. Participate in OTES evaluation process and work with evaluator to improve teaching
methods and effectiveness. Participate in Resident Educator program and meet with Mentor to further
develop classroom management and instructional strategies.

Selected to implement and manage program which seeks to engage students through community
service, physical fitness, and research opportunities as part of an after-school program. Provide
assistance for students with homework and classroom projects. Collaborate with other school
facilitators to make certain each student is participating in an activity in which they are most interested.

Removed residential trash throughout the city of Lancaster. Communicated with partner and
driver to maximize effectiveness. Maintain proper protocols to ensure safety of self and others.

Lancaster.
Resident Assistant, Franciscan University of Steubenville, Steubenville, Ohio, 2011-2013.
Established rapport with residents which minimized violations of dormitory rules and created a positive
learning and living environment provided support for 140 students. Attended weekly staff meetings
