Solarrok RegionalWorkshop in Slovenia • Solarrok Regional Workshop as well as Slovenian Photovoltaic Association Conference were organized as an accompanying event to the 47th International Trade and Business Fair (MOS) in Celje - the largest fair in Slovenia. • The Conference and Workshop were announced together with mass mailing in Slovenian and English language sent to more than 3.000 emails - link to English version • Base point of the Solarrok Regional Workshop was to connect the green industry and non-government organizations (NGOs), in efforts to increase renewable energy deployment with special emphasis on photovoltaic.

  4. 4. Solarrok RegionalWorkshop in Slovenia Participants of the Solarrok Regional Workshop in Celje agreed to establish an informal coalition of renewable energy sources. In the frame of the informal coalition of RES, all or some of its members (depending on individual cases) will participated in calls (public or directly addressed) to Government and government organizations to increase the use of renewable energy sources. Establishing the informal coalition of RES based on successful calls to Mr. Miro Cerar (mandatary to form a new government) to increase the use of RES which was signed and published by represents of green industry and NGOs at the beginning of September 2014 – link to the call (machine translated). The informal coalition of RES is open for additional members from green industry and NGOs to join.

Solarrok RegionalWorkshop in Slovenia Solarrok Project was also presented at: • regular annual Slovenian Photovoltaic Association Conference where the common theme was net-metering which already sustains small photovoltaic power plants economically without subsidies • Slovenian Photovoltaic Association fair booth at the 47th International Trade and Business Fair (MOS) in Celje
